Our Board and Team
Prior to this role, Peter served in senior executive roles at National Australia Bank from 2005 to 2017 where his leadership responsibilities included Managing Director and Head of Global Markets & Asset Servicing, Deputy Group Executive Wholesale Banking, Chief Risk Officer Business Banking and Executive General Manager International Branches and Transformation.
Peter previously worked for Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Sydney and at Chase Manhattan Bank in Asia and the USA where he held global and regional leadership roles in financial/capital markets with responsibility for distribution, trading, research and underwriting of foreign exchange, fixed income, commodities, derivatives, credit and new financial products.
Peter is a non-executive director and chair of MoneyMe Ltd (ASX: MME). and is a member of the A.I.C.D.
Kylie-Anne joined UTS in January 2019 after completing her PhD on Limit Order Book Dynamics at the University of NSW. She was awarded the QRSLab Boronia Managed Funds PhD Scholarship in 2011. Kylie-Anne also holds a Master’s degree in Finance from The University of Hong Kong. Her research and teaching interests are in financial markets, sustainable finance, green finance, ESG, high frequency finance, market microstructure, statistics and econometrics.
Kylie-Anne has had extensive industry experience both domestically and overseas. She began her career as a Quantitative Analyst at Investment Technology Group. Kylie-Anne was Head of Financial Engineering for Asia Pacific at Macquarie Group in Hong Kong and subsequently, Head of Indexation and Quantitative Trading Research at CLSA in Sydney. Most recently she held the position of Director, Portfolio Manager at QTR Capital, a proprietary trading business.
Jon was also a Founding Director for Yieldbroker back in 1999. Currently, Jon is a Director of Moneyme (ASX: MME). He has a Graduate Diploma of Banking and Finance from Monash University and is a Graduate of AICD, as well as being an investor in many start-ups across Financial Services and other sectors.
Andrew has guided the operations division of Australia’s largest fixed income broker. He was accountable for client services, anti-money laundering (AML KYC), cash settlements, security settlements, money market operations and custodial services. In a five year period, the size of his custody business tripled to AU$3billion and added many new services. By applying quality, lean and innovation tactics, the headcount of his team remained unchanged and could provide improved levels of service.
He has over 30 years’ experience in asset consulting, funds management and investment banking and a long history in alternative assets and credit markets. He has developed a deep knowledge of fixed income alternatives and derivative solutions across ASX listed vehicles, managed funds and exotic structures.
Prior to HHR Capital Partners, Greg was an Executive Director at Brookvine where he helped develop and launch a number of specialist investment products.He holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Business from RMIT. Greg is also a holder of the CFA designation.
