Trustees Australia was established in 1987, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Income Asset Management Group Limited (ASX: IAM) and holds Australian Financial Services License number 260038.

Trustee and Responsible Entity

TAL acts as trustee and Responsible Entity for a range of managed investment schemes—both registered and unregistered. These schemes invest in financial products such as securities, private debt, and fixed income assets, with exposure to both wholesale and retail corporate bonds. TAL also manages the issuance of units in these schemes where applicable.

Administration, settlement and asset custody services

Trustees Australia Limited (TAL) partners with Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited (AFSL 392673) to provide professional administration, settlement, and asset custody services.

As part of an agreement formed in October 2024, TAL appointed Perpetual (ASX:PPT) as sub-custodian. Through this relationship, TAL benefits from Perpetual’s deep expertise as a leading provider of corporate trustee and custody solutions, particularly in the fixed income and investment administration space.

TAL acts as bare trustee for wholesale clients of IAM Group, enabling them to participate in fixed income assets, including syndicated corporate loans, sub participation transactions and other fixed income investments.
