  • NAB priced a $2.5bn 3-yr senior unsecured floating rate bond at 3mBBSW +78bps.
  • Worley priced a $400mn 7-yr senior unsecured fixed rate bond at S/Q ASW +205bps (5.868% coupon).
  • MyState Ltd priced a $100mn 10NC5 subordinated floating rate note at 3mBBSW+275bps.
  • QBE Insurance Group priced a $600mn 11NC6 subordinated bond across two tranches: $275mn FRN at 3mBBSW +195bps, and $325mn FXD-to-FRN at S/Q ASW +195bps (5.802% coupon).
  • Suncorp Bank (Norfina Limited) priced a $440mn 5-year senior bond across two tranches: $120mn FRN at 3mBBSW +93bps, and $300mn FXD-to-FRN at S/Q ASW +93bps (4.6% coupon).
  • Airservices Australia priced a $500mn 10-year senior fixed-rate note at SQ ASW+120bps (5.4488% coupon)
  • People First Bank priced a $100mn 10NC5 subordinated floating rate note at 3MBBSW+250bps.
