The Funds Team
Prior to joining IAM Funds, Jon was the Head of Client Services and Marketing, Australia and New Zealand, at Western Asset Management, a specialist active Fixed Income Manager with over A$650bn in AUM. At Western Asset, Jon was responsible for the oversight of over A$18bn of serviced assets within the region and a member of the Global Product Committee, which was responsible for all new product development activities globally. Jon was also a member of the Global Thought Leadership Committee, contributing to the strategic agenda for Western Asset in all markets and regions.
Jon was previously a member of the UBS Asset Management, Australian Fixed Income team, a Senior Analyst at Zenith Investment Partners, and held roles spanning client service, operations, and investment research at Australian Unity Investments.
Jon holds a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Business and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services from RMIT.
Prior to joining IAM Funds, Adam was a Sales Director - Distribution at Franklin Templeton and held senior roles at Legg Mason and UBS Asset Management. Before that he worked in Equity and Derivative Hedge Fund sales. Through his wealth of experience, Adam has developed a solution-focused approach to working with clients and prospects to understand their investment objectives and provide solutions that aligns their needs with the appropriate investment solution.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investments.
Prior to joining IAM Funds, David was a Senior Investment Operations Analyst in the Unlisted Investments and Cash team at Powerwrap/Praemium, a wrap platform targeted to high and ultra-high net worth clients. David worked with boutique advice businesses to service client portfolios where he was responsible for a range of duties including end-to-end trade processing, corporate actions, transfers, reporting, and process enhancements.
David holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT, majoring in Economics and Finance.
Having held positions with Macquarie Bank (Queensland Office Head of Macquarie Group), Queensland State Manager at CommSec, and Head of Retail Sales and Channel Development at MetLife Australia.
Noel specialises in working with financial planning firms across Australia in helping businesses achieve their goals and deliver great outcomes for their clients, covering areas such as sales coaching, strategic planning, business management, and distribution strategies across the spectrum of financial services.
Noel is a Senior Fellow of Finsia, a Non-Executive Director on a number of NFPs, and also a Neuroscience Coach, having studied through the NeuroLeadership Institute of New York.
Before joining IAM Funds in 2023, Daniel held similar positions at River Capital, Bentham Asset Management and Marathon Asset Management. While at River Capital, Daniel managed both the global liquid credit and Australasian private credit mandates. At Bentham, Daniel was responsible for investment analysis and trade execution across a range of funds focusing on High Yield, Leveraged Loan, and Bank Capital investments. At Marathon, Daniel was a lead analyst covering European distressed credit investments across multiple sectors including the technology, media, telecom, energy, and automotive sectors.
Daniel began his career at Credit Suisse, where he held roles in Australia and Europe focused on originating and structuring Leveraged Loan, High Yield, and Mezzanine transactions for private equity and corporate clients. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours)/Bachelor of Science from Monash University.
Prior to joining IAM, Anthony was a senior analyst at River Capital where he covered both equity and credit investments, and he has held similar roles at Acorn Capital in Melbourne and at Bain Capital’s hedge fund in Boston. Anthony started his career as a management consultant with Bain & Company.
Anthony received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)/ Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
His skills and experience make him a highly supportive function of the Funds business unit, where he looks after projects such as the onboarding and operation refinement of our first wholly owned Global Credit Opportunities Fund (GCOF) and more.
